Fresh Start is modelled off Thornbridge’s acclaimed Zero Five base recipe but with a few tasty tweaks of the hop bill to make it more akin to the type of modern IPA which UK consumers love, as opposed to an American Pale Ale like Zero Five.
Dry January can be challenging to our beloved independent breweries so this collaboration with Thornbridge attempts to combat that and support independent beer-makers this January. It is also part of HonestBrew’s wider range of no/low-alcohol beers including the likes of BrewDog’s Nanny State & Adnam’s Ghost Ship 0.5%.
