Birmingham’s award-winning, Dig Brew Co brewery and taproom has launched its new pizzeria, Dough, specialising 20-inch authentic Neapolitan artisan sourdough pizzas, perfect for sharing.
The launch coincides with the brewery extending its taproom opening times in Digbeth which is now open Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
Dough’s offerings are entirely dough-themed, from dough ball starters to hot doughnuts for dessert; all freshly baked in its newly refurbished kitchen. The pizzas on offer will change month-to-month, with Margheritas as standard. Vegetarians and vegans will also be catered for.

Served at long wooden tables in front of one of the longest bars in Birmingham, specialities include flapjacks made with spent grain from the brewing process and soft-serve malted milk ice cream also suitable for vegans.
“Our experiment in offering pizza alongside a constantly changing range of beers proved such a success that we decided to offer constantly changing pizzas in our new Dough Pizzeria.”
