Two behemoths of the London beer and food scene are joining forces; Camden Town Brewery and Caravan will deliver a LIVE Beer Brunch cook-a-long at noon, today (4th April 2020) in a fundraiser for the hospitality industry, which you’re no doubt aware by now, has been hit badly by the coronavirus lockdown.
What better way to kick start your lazy Saturday at home than with a beery brunch? Caravan’s Miles Kirby and Camden Town Brewery founder, Jasper Cuppaidge will be LIVE on Camden Town Brewery’s Instagram to show you how to cook the ultimate home brunch experience.
Miles will take us through how to create Caravan’s famous baked eggs recipe, using just four key ingredients, showing that you don’t have to be a trained chef to muster up a delicious meal.
Although you can’t go to the bar this weekend, you can still support hospitality workers by leaving a tip in the virtual donation jar on Camden’s JustGiving page. Camden will be matching all donations made during this episode, and all money will go straight to Hospitality Action’s COVID-19 Emergency Fund which provides vital one-off grants to pub and bar workers who have suddenly faced hardship.
