Beavertown are working to keep community spirit alive while people can’t go out and socialise face to face by running a virtual event every Friday at 4pm while we’re in lockdown. Today, you’re invited to join a Live Beer Yoga session hosted by professional yogi, Laura Carruthers.
Whether you’re a total beginner, a yoga pro or somewhere in between, everyone is welcome (as long as you’re of legal drinking age!) – all that’s required is a can of your favourite beer. Crack it open at 4pm and you’ll learn how to incorporate it into some classic Yoga routines.
Join the class via the Zoom link here – get your mates involved and maybe you’ll spot a few familiar faces from the taproom in the virtual crowd.
If you’d prefer a more private session, hop onto Beavertown’s Instagram Story where Laura will be streaming the session LIVE there too!
We’re back again with another #4pmWithBeavertown. ‘Live Beer Yoga’ 4pm Friday. So pull out the Lycra and the beer. ?♀️
Join us on IG Live or on Zoom at https://t.co/EcoZ1GSTiN
All levels are welcome, as we'll be easing you in gently. See you tomorrow! *Lyrca optional pic.twitter.com/eioYmN9NzE

Last week, Beavertown hosted a live drink and draw with their Creative Director, Nick Dwyer. Upcoming events will include a virtual tour of their Tottenham Hale brewery – a rare chance to see where Neck Oil and Gamma Ray are made!
#4pmWithBeavertown will happen every Friday at 4pm, with a new virtual event each week. Find out more by visiting www.beavertowncheers.co.uk to join in the socially-distanced fun.
