The newest addition to the Lagunitas ‘Fusion’ series is Petaluma Fuzz – a Brut Rose IPA available online exclusively from Beerwulf.com. Combining West Coast with French influence, Petaluma Fuzz is brewed with Petite Syrah grape juice then dry-hopped with Cashmere, Azacca, Citra, Chinook, Sabro and the experimental HBC 344 hops for a bitter and super dry bite.
Inspired by the Californian surroundings, local hospitality and some pointers from Lagunitas Brewmaster Jeremy Marshall, the French guests had the opportunity to select the malts and hops, get involved with the brewing, as well as naming and design of the final product.
The result is a fruity, woody and slightly-pink Brut IPA, with the label designed by French illustrator Rémy Mattei, together with Lagunitas’ own designer Ryan Tamborski.
